Study On Crucial Question About The Combustion Of Sludge In Cement Kiln

Sludge is a kind of toxic and hazardous waste,if the sludge wasnot properly disposed,it will lead to serious secondary pollution,which will not only pollute the environment,but also affect human health.At present,burning and disposal of sewage sludge in cement kilns which is a kind of resource recovery,reduction,detoxification,the most through method of sludge treatment almost make sludge achieve to zero pollution. This paper chooses municipal sludge as objects and researches problem, analyzes the basis characteristics of sludge; researches the impact of blending sludge on the raw burnability and mineral phase structure and migration and transformation rules of heavy metals in sewage sludge; Through the rest of the burning of sludge in the existing production line,analyze the influence a total of disposal of sludge from cement kilns on quality of clinker and pollution on the basis of associating withtechnology characteristics of cement kiln,the results show out that the combustion of sludge in cement kiln is feasible,which is guiding for a total of disposal of sludge from cement kilns.
