Diesel pour point is a commonly used additives in diesel production, known as diesel cold flow improver. diesel pour point has a obvious effect, for example: increase refinery diesel production, increase production flexibility and diesel:gasoline. Currently diesel pour point have been widely uesd in the industry, Abroad have been widely used diesel flow improver. This thesis have benn completed the following work:(1)Sulfuric acid supported on activated carbon catalyst was prepared as catalyst of synthesis of acrylate. The results showed that:The best preparative conditions of sulfuric acid supported on activated carbon catalyst is activation 6h at 160℃, dipped in 20% H2SO4 for 20h, among C(g):H2SO4(ml)=1:6, drying after filtration at 110℃.The yield of acrylate could reach 93.2%.(2)The acrylate-styrene-maleic anhydride aminolysis diesel depressant was synthesized, having the effect of depressing pour point and cold filter plugging point. The acrylate-styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer was synthesized in the proper ration of monomers 9:1:1,quantity of benzoyl peroxide 0.6%(based on the mass of monomers),reaction temperature 90℃,reaction time 8h. Based on p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst, pour point depressant was synthesized with copolymer and 18 amines. When the addition of the pour point depressant was 0.15%(mass fraction, following the same) of diesel, pour point and cold filter plugging point of three kinds of diesel oil which was produced by PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, was dropped by 18℃,10℃,10℃and decreased by 2℃,3℃,2℃respectively.Pour point depressant had a good effect of decreasing pour point and some effect of depressing cold filter plugging point.
