Iron and steel industry is the basic materials industry for the national economy.It be long to enetgy water resource,mineral resource consumed industry field.The process of iron and steel industry in China are still stay at the stage of environment pollution. Therefor,adopting the "Green Steel (GS) " processing become paramount important to protecte environment ant reach sustained development.In the paper, emphases is put on the production flow and application based on the GS processing of exoterica. GS is the requirement of our modernization and development which is the necessary way for human being. The production and manufaction of GS has been analyzed to solve practical problems. The reduce,reuse and recycle (3R) principle and optimization is used for process in green production process, basedon the flow science andprocess theory science.Based on material balance theory,mass flow theory of input and output table was built. Then the mathematical models was created and validated for steel industry by practical production data. This system is helpful for the study of the environmental load of the steel industry that can be providing a theoretical basis and method.
