| This thesis introduced the important role of the hot metal pretreatment[1] in steel production, summarize several methods and technology about the desulfurization of hot metal pretreatment. Discussed the equipment design of the process, as well as a reasonable combination of equipment and technology, how to meet the technical requirements. Equipments improvement proposed basing on hot metal pretreatment equipments introduction. And by comparing hot metal pretreatment equipments of KR method of Wuhan. The advantage of Wuhan Iron and Steel's equipments application should be inherited and carried forward, improving measures have been taken to deal with exist questions, Wuhan Iron and Steel's hot metal pretreatment equipments design could be taken as the foundation, added new design concepts and design methods to Kunming Iron and Steel's hot metal pretreatment equipments design.The thesis mainly carried out a detailed analysis and explanation of Kunming Iron and Steel KR desulfurization equipments, combined with its production of hot metal pretreatment process requirements of the mixing system, the main shaft has been re-design and calculation, the main bearings are calculated and choosed. Slide tube and dust hood structure are taken improved design, which saves the cost of investment and increases the reliability and stability of equipment operation. In addition, the car frame and flap are reconstructed the form of the orbit in order to avoid interference problems.Through KR desulphurization equipment design and improvements, the overall level of equipments are further enhance, KR desulphurization equipment in the Kunming Iron and Steel has achieved significant results and good econimic performance. Through this design, it is useful for KR desulphurization of hot metal pretreatment equipment design and lay a good foundation for improving in future for Sinosteel XI'an Machinery CO.,Ltd, accumulated abundant experience. |
