The Freshwater Fish Convenience Foods To Cut The Design Of Mixing Equipment

"Freshwater fish convenient food further process technology" is a national 948 subject, the mainly content of this subject is focused on facture and forming surimi of freshwater fish. Those facilities include of washing machine, separating machine, mixing.machine, refiner, scroll screen, cutting and mixing machine, forming machine and some other machines. Cutting and mixing machine is one of key facility. In this paper, on the basis of deep investigation and research have been brought forward, fact in China and characteristics of freshwater fish process is taken in account, total design is made and blueprint is drawn. With physics analysis, mathematic model of optimum knife blade curve is found and we get the curvewith two means----drawing and professional software (MATLAB). By the workaction of cutting and mixing machine, electric control elements drawing is designed. At the same time, techniques of cutting and mixing is made to research some theory rules.
