Research On The Duck Gizzard Peeling Mechanism And Peeling Machine

Duck gizzard is the muscle stomach composed entirely of circular smooth muscle which has good nutritional value and economic value. Poultry cultivation and slaughtering industry has formed a certain scale in China, and duck gizzards lining cleaning is a process in duck slaughtering industry, the mechanization and productivity is very low, costing much time and efforts which affects the efficiency of the entire industrial efficiency significantly. So the requirement for duck gizzard peeling device is so urgent can not wait for any more time. The paper does some research on the duck gizzard peeling field according to the single type of duck gizzard peeling devices, and less study in the peeled theory of duck gizzards peeling. The mechanism of duck gizzard peeling, the cutter and the assembling of the peeling machine are studied by analysis the gizzard peeling technology at home and abroad.Comparison with the existing peeling theory and means for agricultural materials and combined with principles and methods of gizzard peeling domestic and foreign, the expedient manner for duck gizzards peeling is pointed out, that is to use cutter with a spiral angle cutting into the gizzard lining in sliding mode, generating shearing and grinding effect on the lining to achieve the peeling purpose.The data of the duck gizzard's external structure, wall thickness of key points, density and the thickness of the membrane is obtained by the statistical measurement of the duck gizzard's physical features and the similarities and differences of the duck gizzard between chicken gizzard are discussed by the combination of unidirectional tensile test and life experience.With helical cylindrical milling cutters for reference, regarding the cutting effect as the main considering factor, the article makes a certain research on the relationships of the peeling effects and the cutter's parameters, such as the diameter, helical angle, anterior horn and posterior horn on transverse plane, tooth number and tooth form, and points out the choosing bases of the parameters. The three-dimensional design software Pro / E is used to design the relevant models and the optimal parameters of the cutter are determined by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0.Finally, the duck gizzard peeling machine is preliminarily designed. The structure program of the peeling tool is determined, and the direction of the improvements and developments of the device are points out in the paper.
