Due to the viscosity-temperature special characteristics of heavy crude oil, at home and abroad have adopted a number of technical measures to ensure the normal exploitation of heavy oil,the main ways contained: electric heating, external thermal fluid heating method, etc and so on. However, every method have its different levels of negative impact. The methord of electric heating, the energy consumption is tremendous and there are failures of the electric-heated rod string, the electric cable and the control cabinet, etc.To complicated the downhole operation process,even more serious problem is large energy consumption, high production costs, poor cost-effectiveness.The shortcomings of external thermal fluid heating is that the injection of the hot fluid increase the enhancement of the pump, increase the hole pressure,and reduce the production of crude oil, reduce the economic benefits of oil wells. In order to solve these problems, the task force of author on the basis of at home and abroad of the previous research designed an indoor test through theoretical analysis,and designed a new heating type of oil well with the actual situation of LiaoHe OIL FIELD which name is wellbore heating method of Gravity Heat Pipe Sucker Rod String. This article carried out the following research at Gravity Heat Pipe Sucker Rod String:1. Through analysis, it is appointed out that the following problems in using gravity heat pipe theory in oil production need to be researched profoundly.â‘ The liquid pool is too deep and the boiling condition is too harsh;â‘¡the flow rate of steam is too high, the caliber size is too small, the entrainment limit is small;â‘¢the steam flow path is too long, the flow resistance is too big.2. Important properties of the water and fluid A prepared in this dissertation, such as physical parameters, boiling condition, flowing resistance of steam and entrainment limit, etc. are compared. Fluid A can be used as the working fluid of the gravity heat pipe sucker rod string. Carried out the heat transfer calculation and thermal design on Gravity Heat Pipe Sucker Rod String3. According to oil field operating conditions carried out Heat Pipe Manufacturing Technology. Implemented the Gravity Heat Pipe Sucker Rod String field test and completed on-site construction of three wells.4. Through the productivity analysis of the 3wells made a conclusion combined with the historical records proves that Gravity Heat Pipe Sucker Rod String is good at heavy oil exploitiation...
