The accumulative oil - bearing area of super-heavy oil Shu Yi Qu is 23.6km2,and proved petroleum reserves is 183.08 million tons.The depth of The reservoir buried underground from 550 to 1150m, and contains 3 layers , Sha 3 shang formation , Sha 1 and 2 formation and Guan tao formation. Shu Yi Qu super- heavy oil has started steam huff and puff experiment since 1996, and put into exploitation and construction in 1997,and there is 118.47 million tons of oil producing reserves, and it has 3000 thousand crude oil production capacity and 2750 thousand crude oil production scale every year. Construction of oil productivity in the side part has started as the main part and has been done basically since 2003. Single well productivity in the side part decreased sharply ,which owing to the decrease of the total and single thickness of the oil reservoir, and owing to the complex water-oil relations .Because the special characteristics of the oil quality, there was a sharply decrease of oil output ,and the mean annual decreasing ratio was 20%. Only continued construction of oil productivity in the side part can not maintain a steady production in the super-heavy oil, so a deepen exploitation in the old blocks at the same time is very necessary. On the basic of strengthen theoretical research and investigation about Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage(SAGD), the exploitation of Guantao formation , Xing1 formation and Sha 3 shang formation in block Du84 is highly fit for SAGD. In 2005, a precursive experiment of 4 well groups of combined distribution of vertical and horizontal wells in Guantao formation and Sha 3 shang formation in block Du84 has started and has made a success primarily, and be earlier popularized, which provides a basis for the transformation of exploitation method and enhanced oil recovery.This article has summarized the disciplinarian of exploitation under the basic of geological reorganization of Shu Yi Qu super- heavy oil, and made a research of the rules of residual oil distribution. Research on adaptability of SAGD has determined the filtration conditions and a filtration has made in suitable areas of Shu Yi Qu super- heavy oil. Through physical and numerical simulation in the implementation process, exploitating rules and stage dividing has been studied, and a breakthrough and creation on the critical technique of recycling and preheating and combination of drive and drain of double horizontal wells has made through practice, and summarized the technique of scene governing and control, and laid the groundwork for future industrialized implement .
