With the development of multi reservoir,the water content of reservoir is increasing year by year,the contradiction between the interlayer interference becomes prominent,the exploitation of the composite layer can not be used effectively,and the ultimate recovery is limited.The traditional layered production process is mainly used for water exploration and plugging of oil wells,and water exploration,water plugging and exploitation process should be implemented separately.If the reservoir opening is adjusted after construction,it must be operated again,which has the problems of large amount construction and low production efficiency.In order to further tap the production potential of multi-layer oil wells,this paper develops a kind of oil well electronic control production allocator device with flow monitoring and control ability,and focuses on the design and research of its structure and flow monitoring and regulating unit,so as to provide technical support to stabilize and increase production for oil field in high water cut stage.Firstly,in this paper,the overall mechanical structure and control system are designed according to the function and technical index requirements of the electrronic control production allocator device for oil well layered exploitation.Through modular layout and flow channel design,the integration of downhole flow,temperature and pressure monitoring function and pay zone opening adjustment function is realized.Based on the technique of power line signal carrier,the two-way real-time communication between ground controller and underground distributor is realized.In addition,the structure analysis and accessories selection for the drive shaft system and liquid production control valve are carried out,the theoretical formula and simulation modeling verification of the important parts in the electronic control production allocator device are carried out,and the reliability of the structure design of the electronic control production allocator device is demonstrated.Secondly,in this paper,the fluid dynamics software FLUENT is used to model and analyze the flow field of the core function unit,vortex flowmeter and liquid production control valve.Among them,the structure design of the vortex generator dimensions of vortex flowmeter is optimized,and the applicability of the flowmeter is demonstrated through the analysis of vortex shedding frequency after optimization;The turbulence model of flow control valve is establised,the SIMPLE algorithm is used to simulate the flow field,and the corresponding curves of velocity and pressure distribution in the flow field,the force on the valve core and the flow rate are obtained.Finally,through the construction of the indoor simulation test system,the performances of the electronic control production allocator device,including pressure resistance,static seal,dynamic seal,flow measurement and flow regulation,are verified.The oil-water two-phase flow test system is used to simulate the flow test effect of the electronic control production allocator device in actual downhole working conditions.After meeting the requirements of indoor test indexes,one well field application test is carried out.The multi-layer section parameters of oil wells are monitored synchronously and the control performance is tested by using electronic control production allocator device,and the data during downhole production were evaluated and analyzed,which verify the practical application effect of electronic control production allocator device in multi-layer production wells.
