Marx and Engels devoted themselves to concerning and thinking the future and destiny of mankind. By systematic studying on the relationship between Human beings,nature and society in Capitalist Society,Marx and Engels revealed the nature of capital exploitation of natural,and pointed out that the capitalist mode of production contributed to the ecological causes of the crisis,and also proposed anti-crisis measures,all of these formed a very rich ecological thinking. The ecological thinking of Marx and Engels is of great contemporary value in the current era when global ecological crisis is growing and the living environment of mankind becomes worse.The thesis combs and analyzes Marx and Engels'ecological thought of works of different periods, by following the principle of combining the logic and history. The thesis comprises three parts: The first part discusses Marx and Engels ecological ideas generated by the background,we found through the analysis that Marx and Engels the ecological thought is the result of reflection on capitalist mode of production,consumption patterns and lifestyles. The second part describes the main content of Marx and Engels'ecological thought from different angles and aspects. The third part of the essay elucidates the contemporary value of Marx and Engels'ecological thought from the theory and practice,by closely combining the global ecological crisis and the reality of China's development.
