In order to reconstruct the economical printed circuit board of engraving machine,realize the NC control to the engraving machine.Adopt the C8051F020 and based on PCI bus ,design the Motion Controller,make the system data processing ability and interpolation speed and precision excellencer than other Microchip Unit and serial combination of the Motion Controller.In the design two-port RAM is adopted to complete PC and the Motion Controller main communication,and use CPLD to complete its logical agglutinate to improve communication efficiency,while using high-speed electric coupling isolation improved the precision and speed of the output pulse, reduce interference. In addition, using Windriver to develop the device drivers of the Motion Controller,fully embodies the plug and play advantage of the PCI bus.Finish part of the Motion Controller hardware circuit design and its software.
