In this paper, to research and design a suit of Non-diameter and Large Mesh Automatic Welding equipments for mine company, which completely produced rely on manual, time-consuming, labor-intensive and labor intensity of workers increases, the status of a poor environment and also more difficult to guarantee the quality of the status of grid.In this paper, we follow the request of the practice, expatiating the whole process of the researching and designing of the molding and welding equipments which used for mesh reinforcement, including giving projects, programming, drawing assembly charts, drawing accessory and part charts, designing the software and hardware controlling system of the resistance welding-spot. Integrating the technologies of the mechanical designing, CAD, resistance spot welding technology, and the theories and knowledge of some internet applications, the finally goal is to design a suit of molding and welding equipments to produce mesh reinforcement.In this paper, first starting from the designing of the molding and welding equipment of the trusses, the idea of the designing of the molding and welding equipment of the trusses is expatiated particularly, paying more attention on the choices of the accessories and the parts which make up of the mechanical parts, and giving an exactly result of the accessories. Aiming at the difficulty of steel welding mesh Currently, to determine the production process of this steel welding equipment. The PLC technology combined with pneumatic transmission technology to achieve a network of high-speed welding production line real-time control. At the same time the steel mesh material and adaptive positioning of warp and automatic feeding material body of designing, greatly reducing the labor intensity. Practical operation shows that the system can meet the steel mesh welding automatic production line control, management needs. Following, the accessories of the equipment are modeled by the software of Solidworks and Pro/E, then virtual assemble the general architecture in the computer, not only to check and judge whether or not have the interferences, but also can revise the mistakes in on the course of designing and assemble the equipment, Moreover, analyzing the stress of the main accessories and parts using the stress analysis software of ANSYS, in order to forecast the endure force and the distortion of the accessories and the parts. Lastly, giving a whole summary of the designing process of the machine, also listing some shortages in the designing which should be amended.
