Based on belt drying vegetable production line, the uneven distribution of wind speed in the fruit and vegetable belt drying oven is analyzed to be the main reason of low efficiency of dry. The purpose of issue is studying wind field in the fruit and vegetable belt drying oven by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. Aiming at the problems and the reasons in the belt conveyor oven, wind programs are established and the wind effects of all kinds of wind programs are researched. Based on this model, the working mechanism of crushers is discussed by using the method of model analysis in order to further optimize the structure parameters of belt drying oven vegetable production line and provide theoretical basis for improving the structure.On the basis of experimental results, the CFD method of the belt conveyor oven is established with CFD model. Wind field in the fruit belt drying oven for experiments is simulated with CFD model to forecast the wind field in fruit belt drying oven in experiment and compare the wind field with the test results. CFD simulation method simulating the wind field in the fruit belt drying oven is feasible. Combined with the actual situation, the structure parameters of the fruit and vegetable belt drying machine oven is systematically.Various mathematical models of fruit and vegetable belt machines are carefully analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of fruit and vegetable belt drying machines, the turbulent kinetic model of the drying medium in the drying oven is established and validated by experiment. According to the problems existing and the reasons produced in the belt conveyor oven, five optimization programs are determined and the wind fields in five optimal drying machines are simulated with CFD. Wind field evaluation scheme is established to evaluate the belt drying machine and the wind field in five optimal drying, and provide the theoretical basis for optimizing the wind field in the drying oven of the fruit and vegetable dryer machine.Along with the computer hardware technology, and pointed out the development of computational fluid software technology, as appropriate, to CFD technology dramatically reduce the cost of optimization design of dryer and shorten the development cycle. CFD will be increasingly satisfy the need of design dryer. Evaluate three-dimensional flow field characteristics, dryer, reduce design optimization in the design of dryer, shorten the drying machine, low development cycle of drying machine design development costs.
