Study And Optimization On Drying Oven Between Colors Of Satellite Flexo Machine

Drying oven is the main energy consuming unit of satellite flexo machine,the drying effect will directly affect the quality of printing,and drying between colors directly restricts the speed of satellite type printing machine.This project selected drying oven between colors of satellite flexo printing machine TW100,and built three-dimensional physical model of drying oven in Inventor 2012,divided mesh using ICEM CFD.Finally,we analysed fluid dynamics of hot wind within drying oven between colors adopting computational fluid mechanics theory and optimized the structure.Main contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of the composition of water-based ink,the main dry as volatile drying,Flexo printing dry be affected by various factors,such as:hot air velocity,air temperature,plate and line number.(2)Research on TW1600 press drying oven simulation analysis,oven width,guide plate position and quantity,the wind speed,wind mouth number changes,such as drying oven endogenous wind flow uniformity and the influence of the drying oven hot air speed.The results showed that:different oven width,to ensure the velocity uniformity,a change in the position and quantity of guide plate;Trends in the oven,and subject to change as the inlet velocity;Between the color of the wind in the drying oven number two is the best.(3)Calculated return rate for each optimized oven and analyzed the influence of different optimization on return.When oven achieved the condition of uniform blowing,the return rate of drying oven between colors reached the maximum.(4)Based on the above research results,combining with the existing mature theory of the tuyere,we designed and made the drying oven between colors,then measured and recorded the velocity of air outlet and return air.The results showed that:the blowing velocity and uniformity of new oven were greatly improved,besides,the return rate had also been increased.
