Production and business management of mining enterprises of is a huge and complex system; the preparation of mine production plan is the core decision-making tasks. whether the Decision-making scientific and reasonable have significant influence on comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, the economic efficiency of enterprises and the continuous equilibrium production enterprises. The 3d visualization technology development and resource evaluation system provides a very good basic data platform for production planning and ensures the underlying data reliability and convenience during the preparation of mining plan.In allusion to the problems involved in the traditional means of underground mine production planning, such as the poor guidance for production implement and the large randomness, the basic characteristics and the process principles of the production planning has been studied, with the technical means for the planning optimization put forward, the automatic preparation of the production planning and animation simulation show of production process achieved, and the planning results has been in line with the practical requirements in actual production. And as follows are the main research contents and results:(1) Based on DIMINE 3D visualization software modeling platform, the basic principle, the implement method, the basic approach and the specific steps of underground mine production planning was proposed;(2) According to the characteristics of underground mine production planning and underground mine production, objectives of production planning optimization and the constraints is proposed. The method to conduct mining sequence optimization was also proposed, under comprehensive consideration of mining operations, engineering interface and workload balance and other conditions;(3) A technology process of computer-aided production planning was established, with a description of production planning function modules with DIMINE system, including data preparation, data validation, parameter option, the implementation and the preview and output of results;(4) A three-dimensional visual representation of the basical data involved was given in the production planning of Dahongshan, based on DIMINE three-dimensional visualization software modeling, so as to provide a basical data for production planning; and the parameters was set up according to the actual mine production team and the equipment work efficiency. On this basis, a summarized Table has been gained for production planning Gantt chart results and the task completion condition.Due to the research in this paper, many problems of the traditional planning have been solved, which is more prescriptive, of weaker objective truth and guidance, heavier production targets and tasks, and of more adjustment difficulties in mining sequence, production organization and technology management. Compared to the drawbacks and inadequacy of traditional planning, an efficient, scientific and rational preparation of production planning has been achieved.
