CNC Gear Measuring Center as a precision measuring instrument is one of the focus on the development of equipment manufacturing industry. It combines some advanced technology of precision machinery manufacturing technology,high-precision sensor technology, advanced computer technology,precision measurement theory, information processing technology and microelectronic technology ect,in one. CNC Gear Measuring Center is one of the key technologies in Measurement and control system This design of servo control system perfect monitoring and control system.By analysis and comparison of common motion control programs and integrating various factors I select bus servo control system which base on CAMAC by DSP core. The system can real time detect the position deviation between the probe and the measured part, by controlling the motor driven probe to follow the measured part to eliminate bias current location. Control algorithm using incremental digital PID control algorithm, the control algorithm can well follow the motion control by the parameter turning and have good robustness.In this paper, the servo control card hardware design plan describe servo control system works. Hardware with TI's dedicated motor control chip DSP TMS320LF2407A as the core, using the design of DSP+ CPLD, according to the selected control program design and analyze the various parts of circuits for servo control card and show detailed and completed solution plan for the use of hardware circuits, including the minimum system DSP circuit, CPLD decoding circuit, power circuit, the system switch circuit, etc.. Software components describe the follow-up control system software architecture in detail, giving the design of a program module flow chart to complete the master program of the DSP, the signal acquisition module, PID control module and the PWM output module, etc, by using modular design methods.At last hardware and software debugging and simulating, to verify the hardware circuit of the servo control system is effective and the development of the corresponding software is reasonable, while providing some practical experience in hardware debugging. This design of servo control system effectively improves the measurement reliability of the CNC Gear Measurement Center.
