With the rapid development of society and economy,the problems on city's garbage are increasingly becoming a serious problem.Landfill is a popular method used in the garbage disposal in China. A large quantity of leachate can be produced in the degradation of the garbage in landfill,the density of BOD5, CODcr and NH3-N of leachate is very high,which can easily pollute the surface water and ground water environment seriously. The leachate of Landfill contains a variety of pollutants such as organic matter, ammonia, heavy metals, which are high in concentration and often changed by time, weather etc.Based on the systematic analysis of the forming processes of the leachate, the water characteristics, the component and its treatment methods at home and abroad,In this paper, upflow anaerobic sludge blanket is as a key technology for leachate treatment, study on the influencing factors and kinetics of the UASB (upflow anaerobic sludge blanket), and conclusions are drawn that:While the pH value of landfill leachate basically stable at between 7.6 and 8.2, and pH of the UASB reactor had little effect, the system does not require pH value adjustments. When the pH value is not suitable range of methanogenic bacteria may cause alkali or by adding acid substances. the temperature of the UASB treatment of landfill leachate to the effect of large temperature range 7~21℃, the higher the temperature the better the treatment effect. When the temperature is lower 10℃, the average removal rate of only 20%. Projects can be at room temperature conditions (20~25℃). volume loading also affect the selection of the important factors in running the reactor, the load of 4~6kgCOD/m3·d when the removal rate was higher.The concentration of anaerobic sludge UASB reactor size on a great influence. In general, the greater the sludge concentration, the maximum handling capacity of the reactor, the greater, should be so granular sludge reactor. The nutrient ratio, reactor C:N:P control to (200~300):5:1 is appropriate of the UASB reactor dynamic analysis the degradation rate than the matrix. By optimizing calculation, UASB reactor height H the effective use 4.5~6.0m, suspension height is 3.0~4.0m is appropriate.
