Biodiesel is a fatty acid methyl ester or fatty acid ethyl ester, which is obtained by transesterification with methanol or ethanol etc.by virtue of Animal and vegetable fats or oils as raw material under the action of catalyst.It is characterized with environmental protection, safety, renewable compared with diesel. In addition, current petrochemical resources are heading for exhaustion, and the world is folded in panic of energy crisis.So the development of alternative energy sources has become the important task at present.Swida wilsoniana's seeds are selected as raw materials for biodiesel.The main contents and results in this paper are as follows:1. The basic physical and chemical properties of Swida wilsoniana's seeds and their oil were studied and analyzed,finding that Swida wilsoniana was a kind of wild woody plants with high content of oil, more than 35%.It is an ideal fat which is rich in unsaturated fatty acids up to 70%.It's major fatty acids are composed of the C16 and C18 series fatty acids,which is similar to the carbon system of petroleum diesel.It is a good raw material for biodiesel.2. LiPozyme TLIM and Novozym435 immobilized lipase were selected as catalysts in the enzymatic reaction of Swida wilsoniana-biodiesel under the present experimental conditions.Results showed that the catalytic effect of both two enzymes were all good,both of the transesterification rates were more than 65%,of which Novozym435 was higher than LiPozyme TLIM.To select an appropriate enzyme,and to low the cost,LiPozyme TLIM was selected for the following test.According to the orthogonal test,the iptimal reaction condition for LiPozyme TLIM under a solvent system was obtained as follows:lipase 2%,dose of solvent 60ml,ratio of methanol to oil 4:1,temperature 40℃,time 18h.3. By comparing the enzymatic transesterification experiment under solvent and solventless system,we found that the ester exchange rate in solventless system was higher than that in solvent system.and the catalytic effect of couple enzymes were better than single one.
