Since the Reform and Opening-up of China, the process of industrialization developed Rapidly.In the last 10 years of 20th century, China's energy consumption grew 100%.Such a high rate of consumption, made China confront with rapid energy depletion of danger. How to save energy and reduce overall energy consumption in GDP has been put into the Chinese government and the whole society agenda. In the development history of beer industry, due to knowledge and liberal supply of energy, energy conservation, recycling were not properly taken into account. This caused a problem in China's beer industry about comprehensive energy consumption,high production costs, low profitability of ton of alcohol.With the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the state constantly adjust the energy and industrial policies.Chinese beer manufacturers have recognized,that, in addition to capital, competition, brand competition and other factors in the current fierce competition in the beer market, the capacity for sustainable development of enterprises depends largely on its resources and energy efficiency, which is will eventually become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Wort boiling is an important part of beer production. The effect of wort boiling influences beer quality, such as beer bitterness, color, flavor, bubble characteristics, etc.While the colloidal stability, flavor stability of beer, also have important implications.Wort boiling stage is the most energy consumption process, the energy consumption of preheating and boiling wort accounts for nearly one-third of the total energy consumption. The requirement of wort manufacturing equipment is to achieve high efficiency in glycosylated progress, at lower energy consumption. This focuses on improvements in the largest boiling system in the energy consumption of beer production chain:low energy consumption while achieving a satisfactory boiling effect.Zhujiang Beer Group focuses on two aspects to the reduction of glycated energy work: one is the boiling process improvement, namely, to reduce the total evaporation and boiling time to achieve the energy saving and efficient environmental protection, by the premise of ensuring the quality of wort; the other is the use of heat recovery, that is the effective use of secondary steam produced by boiling process.On the analysis, comparison of technology, investment scale and production equipment on the current degree of influence of factors, a variety of advanced energy-saving technologies of boiling was assessed currently, and the eventual adoption of process innovated. In the use of new boiled model in combination of the secondary steam pressure heat recovery systems and vacuum evaporation technology(wort vacuum evaporation energy-saving technologies),the technological transformation success in 2006 on an annual output of 300,000 tons of glycated production line, which saving six millions yuan every year in cost of production for the enterprise and to make a significant reduction in energy consumption, in the premise of ensuring the quality of products.The thesis studied process and parameters of key device,provide a technical reference for energy-saving technology to the beer company,has good economic.
