All-electric injection molding machine have many advantages, such as high accuracy, high repetitiveness, high production efficiency, energy saving, green, fast responsibility, etc.It has become a developing trend in injection molding machine industry. Because the IMM industry starts late in our country and the research in this field is poor, there is still a huge gap between China and developed country. The performance of IMM dues to the accuracy and stability of AC servo systems.Therefore, research and development of high performance AC servo systems becomes a key to develop IMM possessing fully independent intellectual property rights at home interiorly.Firstly, this paper has made a preliminary description of IMM's current development at home and abroad. It makes a detailed analysis of the mechanical structure and control system of IMM.On this basis, this paper points out that the core technology of IMM is the servo control technology satisfying injection process.Secondly, this paper analyzes dual motors matching problem and sets up dynamical model in plasticizing process.This lays a foundation for further study in researching plasticizing process control. Aiming at high order nonlinear characteristic of injection process, this paper puts forward a PID controller design based on fuzzy self-tuning to realize step control of injection speed.Meanwhile, this paper analyzes mathematical model and vector control technology of PMSM used for plasticizing and injection.And then chooses the control method of id=0. According to the control demand of plasticizing and injection process, the paper expatiates the mathematical model of current loop, speed loop and position loop.It also designs PI/P adjuster using engineering design method and studies the simulation of three closed loops control for PMSM.The simulation not only proves the feasibility of the design, but also reflects control characteristic and operation mechanism of this system.This paper also introduces principle and arithmetic flow of PSO.Furthermore, this method is proved feasible by its application in PI controller parameter tuning of speed loop by Matlab simulation.Finally, design for practical needs and system reliability of plasticizing and injection device, this paper develops hardware and software of servo system.It adopts TMS320F2812 as core control system, AC-DC-AC host circuit as major loop and IPM module is used as power driver circuit in hardware design. Software design uses CCS as the integrated development environment and gives the whole idea of servo control software and program flow of each function module. At last, the experimental results are presented based on the designed software and hardware.
