The policy of sustainable development with green energy-saving environmental protection in our country has got considerable attention for a long time, it also promote the progress of energy conservation and emissions reduction.Now,China is applying energetically the actual policies of improving energy efficiency gradually, reducing energy consumption per unit output value and per unit product, promoting national economy to the transformation of energy conservation, environmental protection and efficient economic model. Currently, injection molding machinery is developing toward high efficiency, energy saving, high speed and high precision, low noise and high automation. Servo-pump drive injection molding machine as a new units type that integrate the advantages of high efficiency of hydraulic injection molding machine and high accuracy of the whole motor in the integration, had already become a kind of inevitable development direction of the molding machine industry.This paper made a research of servo control principle and simulation study of servo-pump drive injection molding machine. The main content is that application of AMESim (Advanced Modeling Environment for Simulation of Engineering Systems) in building model of the field-oriented control of the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor and speed and pressure closed-loop control of servo-pump drive injection molding machine system. Then simulation and analysis show that the response characteristic of speed and pressure control of servo-pump drive control system is superior. And servo-pump drive control system is applied to energy saving transformation of the traditional injection molding machine in an enterprise.After transformation, greatly enhance production performance and energy saving properties of the injection molding machine. The main content is as follows:(1) Making a analysis in detail combined with the development of the injection molding machine, and the present situation of the domestic and foreign research of servo-pump drive control system.According to the problem of simple and incomplete research model of the previous research on servo-pump drive injection molding machine, put forward a Kind of new method to model and simulate for servo control system and hydraulic system of servo-pump drive injection molding machine based on AMESim.(2) Setting forth the principle of servo-pump drive injection molding machine,and choosing AC permanent magnet synchronous motor as the servo motor of servo-pump drive injection molding machine. Through the establishment of mathematical model, study the field oriented control. Then, analyzing hydraulic servo system of servo-pump drive system and its speed, pressure control strategy detailly.(3) Achieving simulation of the field oriented control of servo motor and closed loop control of speed and pressure of servo-pump drive injection molding machine through the AMESim,and obtaining the velocity and pressure features of the hydraulic system and current, torque and speed response curve of servo motor. Compared with the experimental results and demonstrated the correctness of the model. And according to the simulation analysis of clamping phase, analysis of clamping stage are convenient to control.(4)Analyzing energy saving mechanism of servo-pump drive injection molding machine, and finishing the servo energy-saving renovation of the traditional injection molding machine for the hydraulic servo control,and greatly enhance the production performance and the energy-saving capability of injection molding machine.The research work in this paper is of great significance to further research on servo-pump drive control system. The servo system control is a key link in the entire energy-saving injection molding machine, can effectively reduce the production energy consumption. To improve the control strategy and the accuracy of controller provide a strong technical support for better control performance and reliability, and it is a powerful technical support for development of servo-pump drive injection molding machine.
