With the development of the modern technology, high-speed, high-precision has become the main goal for the modern technology to pursue, while the requirements of speed and accuracy are embodied by the real-time requirements in the field of automation. For the entire die-casting systems, in this paper, there are those methods for improving the speed accuracy, as follows: the more sensitive sensor applications for lower computer data acquisition; detection, modeling, feature extraction, automatic sensing processing system's internal status and external environment for the physical quantity which affects the machining accuracy and efficiency; quickly making the intelligent decision to achieve the best goal, etc, there is a lot of research for real-time control section that has been done. In this paper,Borland C++ Builder of Borland's corporation is used to complete the pressure simple realization of the real-time control system of die-casting machine. In the article, describing the methods and processes of the upper and lower machine's communication using the C++ algorithm, establishing a database using SQL Server, and through the establishment of a data source to achieve the communication of the developed real-time systems and database systems. Based on the study of this system, further research can definitely improve. To some extent, the study of the system can improve the performance of the die-casting machine mad in China and the cost-effectiveness of the die-casting industry.
