With the oil & gas exploration and development becoming difficult at present, thenumber of exceeding difficult wells as deep wells and horizontal wells grow larger, anddownhole problems as hole collapse and pipe sticking are likely to happen.The traditionalmethod to solve these downhole problems is using oil based drilling fluids or compoundbased drilling fluids. Aluminum and amine water based drilling fluids are good at lower costand lower pollutant compaired with oil based drilling fluids and compound based drillingfluids.According to sidewall unstable problem during drilling, the paper studies on thesynthesis of a new amine inhibitor,using retrosynthesis,combining with the knowledge oforganic chemistry, the CYZ-5 has been developed.Using expansion experiments,flocculationexperiments,viscosity increase experiments,dispersive drillings recycling experiments,drillingfluids rheological properties tests and cores immerse experiments tests the properties of thesynthetical samples, the paper find that CYZ-5 has good inhibitive character,it can effectivelyresolves the problem of the divert of the core and cutting,also it can make drilling fluidsrheological properties to be better.The paper does large number of tests about the principal chemicals selection of thealuminum and amine water based drilling fluid, after large quantity of properties tests,thepaper study out a new formula of the new aluminum and amine water based drillingfluid:4%clay soil+0.1%HV-PAC+1%LY-1+3%LYHF+1%HFT-301+1%CYZ-5+1%DLP-1+0.2%Sa+barite, which has good inhibit properties,rheological properties,anti-pollutionproperties and protecting reservoir properties,then put it into drilling sites.According to resultsof room study and drilling sites experiments,the new aluminum and amine water baseddrilling fluid has good inhibit properties and using it can solve the problem of hole collapseand reduce the possibility of the downhole problems,and it is beneficial to protectingreservoir,permeability restoration outweigh 90%,it can also save well construction cycle,reduce drilling cost,the new aluminum and amine water based drilling fluid has an apparenteconomic benefit.
