With China's rapid economic development, increasing demand for oil and natural gas, oil and gas exploration technology is also constantly updated, new technologies inevitably bring new risk factors, these risk factors on the safe operation of oil and gas pose a serious threat.Based on principles of risk assessment, accident-prone from the consequences of the accident and the severity of a study of two areas, and consider the safety management of the accident-prone nature of the impact of the proposed oil and gas exploration quantitative risk assessment method to quantify the oil and gas subsystems risk situation, then the risk classification to determine the state of the accident at high risk mode and cause, for the oil and gas risk management information. The main contents are summarized as follows:(1) 16 kinds of typical accident patterns and characteristics of hazardous of based on oil and gas production oil and gas mining technology to the accident-prone nature and severity of consequences of the accident the main line, proposed oil and gas exploration methodology of quantitative risk assessment and risk-based risk classification matrix approach.(2) For the risk of oil and gas exploration, two using a variety of risk matrix approach to risk classification. The first method is the production process for the accident probability classification system, combined with the severity of the accident consequences of the use of a more detailed classification of risk grading matrix. The second method is to establish evaluation index system of accident probability, then according to the severity of the accident consequences, using API581 recommended standard 5×5 Risk Matrix grading order.(3) The establishment of a joint stand of 10 typical accident patterns and accident-prone evaluation index system and quantified method, weight analysis, the reference collection on the analysis of ideas, through the design of contact function, improve the level of analysis, combined with expert data investigate, oil and gas exploration accident indicators of vulnerability assessment to determine the weight the right way often; reference changes constant improvement of the common thinking of the right of the right to assess the model established oil and gas mining accident-prone nature of variable weights evaluation model, are accidents inherent susceptibility index. Security Management also investigated the accident-prone nature of the impact assessment of construction safety management for security management effectiveness indicators and indices, to amend the inherent susceptibility index of the accident, to get accident-prone nature of the actual index.(4) In the oil and gas production characteristics of the various incidents and consequences of the consequences of model uncertainty based on the analysis, drawing the consequences of fire and explosion simulation of the classic model of the accident, light oil and gas related specifications criteria for the objective conditions for oil and gas mining accident consequences of evaluation system and grading methods.(5) WebGIS technology in the oil and gas exploration and control of the security risk classification can be realized with the application, specifically including the realization of user rights, GIS basic functional modules, oil and gas exploration data management subsystem of property, oil and gas exploration risk classification model realization, and some numerical simulation results released accident.(6) By making an example of a joint stand, through on-site investigations, research and expert power, oil and gas exploration targeted set of quantitative risk assessment methodology the application process, conducted a risk classification. WebGIS system intuitive to use oil and gas exploration classification results show that the method for engineering applications.
