Firstly, the article studied and analyzed the current condition of heating furnace in oil fields home and abroad and the defects in domestic oil fields. It designed and developed small-sized, large heating power and wide-application split type natural circulation heating furnace of vapor condensation in oil fields through thermo technical calculation and mechanical analysis as well as working pressure and temperature optimizing based on the theory of high intensity in convection-condensation heat transferring. After the trial production and function testing in factory, the design and manufacture of scale inhabitation on surface and anti-corrosion were picked out. The testing inspected the functions including inspection on-the-spot application in some oil fields. The results implied the furnace has the characteristics of convenient installment, flexible choice and wide application and overcomes the defects of large size and small power of water jacket furnace currently existing in oil fields meanwhile also overcomes the defects of highly cost and complexity of heating medium furnace. Due to separate installment of heating part and burning part, the heating part enlarges the usage space by scale inhibition and anti-corrosion treatment in accordance with the characteristics of heated material, which can apply to the heating of materials with incrustation and corrosion vulnerability and already applied and installed in many oil fields with good results home and abroad.
