One of the most important processes in current oil production is the pumping method, whose working conditions will directly influence the productivity of the oilfield. Analysis of the oil well dynamometer card is a basic method to judge its working conditions. The existing direct measuring method of dynamometer card has many disadvantages, such as frequent damage of the sensors and complicated working procedure. So that the improvement of measuring method of dynamometer indirectly and the remote and realtime monitoring of the working conditions of oil wells have become an improtant subject in the oilfield automation.According to the kinematic analysis and load analysis of each part for the beam pumping unit, the kinetics equations are established. After solving the equations detailly, a novel indirect measuring method of dynamometer card through motor torque and crank angle is proposed. The expression of the practical running parameters of motor such as torque, speed, power, power factor, efficiency and so on corresponding to the line voltage and line current in the two phase static reference frame are derived based on the AC motor mathematic mode1s, and the stator flux estimator design method is analyzed. Then an improved method of analysing the working conditions of oil wells combining dynamometer card with motor parameters is proposed. According to large quantity and widely distributed condition, a design scheme of romote monitoring system of rod-pumped wells based on ARM microcontroller and SIM300C module is proposed with the banlance of advancement, utility and economy. Then the hardware design included power circuit, reset and watchdog circuit, signal resharp and adjustment circuit, frequency measurement circuit, data memory circuit, serial port communication circuit, calendar clock circuit, SIM300C module circuit and so on is finished. The software design and debug of monitor terminal are accomplished by using C language program design on LPC2378, and the software design and debug of monitoring center are also accomplished by using Visual C++ language program design. Through the practical measure of the experimental data of the Oilfield of Da Gang, the indirectly measured dynamometer card fit with directly one. The dynamic real-time analysis system of pumping system can precisely reflect the working conditions of pumping unit. And with the fact that we just need to install the sensors used to monitor voltage, current, upper and bottom dead position, pulley speed, the installing process is simple and can be suitable to the harsh conditions of the oilfield, and can monitor the dynamic real-time process of pumping units.The results in this thesis will be helpful to design the oilfield monitoring system.
