| Coal Water Slurry(CWS)is a new type of clean fuel which can substitute petroleum. And it also is the raw material for preparing methanol and nitrogenous fertilizer. The dispersant is the key technology for the development of CWS, which is important to the stability and high concentration of CWS.For solving the problem of high cost and low quality of CWS prepared by using traditonal naphthalene-based resin as dispersant and water washing coal as raw materials, a new kind of high performance CWS dispersant- sulphonated acetone formaldehyde (SAF) was synthesized. The performances and modification of CWS dispersant synthesized was studied.The synthesis conditions, such as the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, and reaction time were investigated. The best process parameters were as follows:sulfonation temperature was 55℃, condensation temperature was 96℃~98℃, the mole ratio of acetone: formaldehyde:sodium sulfite was 1:2.2:0.55, the condensation time was 3.0h.The SAF synthesized had a same performance as commercial NDF, and can meet the requirements of coal water slurry gasifier.In the experiment process of modified SAF dispersant, the ratio of sulfonating agent, the ratio of aldehydes and ketones, the condensation temperature, the condensation time were investigated, and the process parameters suit to water washing coal were:the mole ratio of sodiums sulfanilate:sodium sulfite:acetone:formaldehyde was 0.10:0.24:1:2.0, the condensation time was 3.5h, the sulfonation temperature was 96℃~98℃.Through the comparative experiments and infrared spectroscopic analysis of synthetic product, the SAF as a new kind of CWS dispersant we developed had high performances and low cost. |
