Crossflow membrane filtration is a kind of physical separation to the filtrate without filter media. It separates "relatively impurities" from the filtrate, such as particles or bacteria and so on, so can make the pending- filtrate clear in order to get the products required. In recent years, as typical representative of the new non- auxiliary agent filtration technology, crossflow membrane filtration gets more and more awareness and recognition, and is gradually applied on the food, beverage, chemical, medicament and other industries, especially in the beer industry.When auxiliary agent filtration applied, beer filtration generally depends on the filter media named diatomite. This will affect flavor and quality of the beer, increase production cost, and make a huge adverse impact on the environment, but also there is the serious issue of diatomite resource exhausted. The crossflow membrane filtration solves a lot of problems in the filtering process of beer industry, it doesn't affect beer flavor, not destroy the environment, not need diatomite, cost little, and is efficient.Based on the item of―crossflow membrane filtration system used in the commerce‖in the Zhujiang Brewery Co., Ltd. this paper makes comprehensive analysis of the crossflow membrane filtration system in the structure, function, equipments, and does a series of tests and researches, according to the actual scene, combining the characteristics of equipment and processes.We got critical data of color, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, foam stability of the beer through experiments at the scene, compared relevant data with the traditional filtering and analysed, then validated applicability and reliability of the crossflow membrane filtration system in the Zhujiang Brewery Co., Ltd, or even in the beer industries, and achieved the match between the system and the process.Through single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, we studied optimum parameters of the system's condition and the factors impacting on the Flux of unit area films thoroughly and systematically. The research of the five factors, such as transmembrane pressure, crossflow tangential velocity, filtrate time, liquor temperature, recoil interval, showed that the greatest impact of the five factors is transmembrane pressure, liquor temperature is minimum. The order of impact on the Flux is transmembrane pressure> tangential velocity> recoil interval> filtrate time> liquor temperature, the optimum combination of the factors is A3B4C2D4E1.The optimum parameter of the crossflow membrane filtration system's condition is: transmembrane pressure 0.15MPa,tangential velocity 6m/s,filtrate time 2h,liquor temperature -0.5℃,recoil interval 4min.The judgement of the cleaning effect is the Flux when film group is relatively stable, and we experimented comprehensive and analysed comparative various kinds of cleaning auxiliary agents, cleaning methods, related factors, such as cleaning time, detergent concentration, then got optimum cleaning scheme online of the crossflow membrane filtration system, that is we can clean 10min with mixture of the 1% sodium hypochlorite and 0.5 mol/L sodium hydroxide lye, then clean 10min with 0.1 mol / L citric acid solution.This paper experimented and studied the crossflow membrane filtration system, put forwards optimum combination of the condition and the cleaning scheme of the system, established foundation of the crossflow membrane filtration technology from "commercial trial" to "full application" in the beer filtration and running efficiently, low loss , environmental friendly, stably.
