With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of consumption level,alcohol consumption market has been expanded dramatically.At this stage,the main form of packaging industry is still glass bottles.How to solve the problem of recycling bottle cleaning efficiency,has become the key of bottle recovery.At present,the common processing recycling bottle way is to use brush spray cleaning,using high-temperature,high-speed water flow to wash the dirt outside the bottle.This cleaning method can remove most of the dirt,but for some stubborn dirt,there are some problems such as: incomplete cleaning and high return rate,resulting in lower overall cleaning efficiency.The main purpose of this article is to do the second cleaning of this stubborn dirt bottles.The main work and achievements of this paper are as following:1.For the present widely used brushless cleaning method,discuss the shortcoming of brushless cleaning,and the advantages of application brush cleaning device.2.Discuss the process of bottle washing and how it works of three possible brush-type cleaning solutions,the composition of the equipment and the functions of the various parts and the advantages and disadvantages of each.Then combine with the actual demand to choose the appropriate design.3.Do the mechanics analysis and dynamic analysis to the brush,then explain the different brush length,the size of the deflection under different loads.Taking the longitudinal load of bristles as the key parameters,discusses the relationship between bottle forces with rotating speed,material,length and diameter of brush.And through the experiment that we can increase the friction between the brush and the bottle,by increasing the speed of the brush,increase the diameter of the bristles and so on.The innovations and deficiencies of this paper: It proposes a simple structure of the brush bottle cleaning equipment design,to make up for the remaining residual dirt problem of the bottle brushless rinse.Also,this paper put forward the brush cleaning design scheme of ANSYS analysis to solve the problem of blind selection of brush.However,the influence ofthe interaction between the cleaning solution and the bristles on the cleaning of the bottle is not considered in the simulation parameters.Further research is needed.In this paper the most important work is the design of mechanical structure and mechanics analysis of brush,through the visualization of the force distribution to show the relation of the material,length,diameter and rotating speed,to choose the appropriate brush and mechanical programs.Finally,compare and optimize the cleaning effect by testing.This study not only has important significance for cleaning bottles,but also has certain reference value for other brush ware.
