Artificial honeycomb panel, in particular, metal honeycomb panel has a series of advantages of light weight, high strength, high rigidity and excellent thermal and sound insulation properties. It is widely used in aircraft, trains, ships, and other constructions and fields. Magnesium alloys, for their low density, high specific strength and stiffness, recyclable and some other very obvious advantages to reduce the weight of mechanical components, can play an important role. Magnesium honeycomb panels can enrich and expand the traditional honeycomb panel structure and broaden application prospects. As a new type of metal honeycomb panel to study the technical and performance characteristics of their preparation is very necessary.In this study, forming magnesium alloy AZ31 foil to prepare honeycomb core. By AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet and aluminum honeycomb core was prepared and magnesium alloy honeycomb panel-aluminum honeycomb panels. Study prepared by the solid adhesive junction parameters honeycomb panels. Studied the mechanical properties and acoustic properties of different structural parameters of honeycomb panels. Results are as follows:Magnesium alloy honeycomb panels have high compression strength and bending strength. Magnesium-aluminum honeycomb board compression strength and bending strength depends on the structure size of honeycomb core. Honeycomb core of thickness greater the cellular side of the smaller hole, honeycomb board the higher the compression strength and bending strength. Honeycomb core height increases, compressive strength and stiffness of honeycomb panels decreased slightly, bending strength and stiffness increased.Honeycomb core diameter and height have a significant impact on the sound insulation. Honeycomb core diameter and height increases, honeycomb panel the average sound volume increases. The thickness of the honeycomb core has a smaller impact sound insulation. Dual-core honeycomb panel sound insulation is better than single-core. Preparation of cellular and solid rubber slab, liquid glue board assembly of the average cellular high sound insulation. Increase the damping layer and the panel brushing paint can improve the sound damping capacity. Its effect is more obvious than the honeycomb core of the structural parameters.We expect high sound insulation magnesium alloy honeycomb panels used in transportation and equipment. It can increase the floor or wall of the vibration and noise reduction capability. It is great practical significance in improved comfort and energy efficiency.
