With the rapid development of Power Electronics, Micro-Electronics, Intelligent control technology and the continuous appearance of new electronic apparatus, advanced control technology and new technics, weld equipments and their control technology have been greatly improved. However, modern industrial manufacture consistently put forward bigger requirement to weld equipments and their controlling technology. The requirement demand weld equipments and their controlling technology transform from stimulant controlling technology to the digital controlling thchnology necessarily. What's more, it will make the weld equipment's electrical power become more light, more intelligent and more durable.Aiming at the modern weld electrical power's direction of digital and network, this article designs a system of surveillance and control which based on CAN bus. This system use CAN bus as the communication bus, use high computing speed and high integration processor TMS320F2812 as the core of digital collection and computing. Through communication to the computer, it can complete the task.Generally,this system is make of software part and hardware part. According to the system's requirement, the hardware part include current and voltage collection circuit, data receiving and sending circuit of CAN bus, isolation circuit of CAN bus, keybord circuit and display circuit. Inorder to realize friendly ,convenient controlling plate and complete control and watch of a variety of weld equipments, this system use Visual C++ to exploit computer working plate and database which accessed by ADO technology. ADO technology has gradually substituted ODBC and DAO and become the main direction. With the environment of CCS3.1 and the method of module, the article designs every necessary module,such as the module of weld type choice, the module of voltage collection, the module of current collection, the module of data analysis and comparison, the module of CAN bus communication, the module of LCD display and the module of keyboard scan, and so on. Through careful analysis and design of main procedure, all modules realize the requirement of this system.At last, inorder to fulfill the environment of multi tasks, this article explain transplant of real-timeμC/OS-II to TMS320F2812 in detail.
