Medium-density Fiberboard's production involves the processes of materials preparing, textile fiber separation, drying, gluing, waxing, forming, hot-pressing, side-cutting, there among,hot-pressing is one of the most crucial processes in the production and its parameters closely interrelate with the quality of medium-density fiberboard. Accurately controlling the course of the processes parameters and intelligent regulating, the hot-pressing procession according to the principal parameters in current cycle can be qualified to produce the final product, which is also an important economic measurement to improve product quality and increase productivity. Depended on the in-depth study of internal mechanism for semi-finished fiberboard forming in hot-pressing processes, this paper combined with the traditional PID control and fuzzy control strategy, and using intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize the controller, so We realize the ideal control of medium density fiberboard hot-pressing production,and improve equipment production efficiency and the quality of products.In the production process, PID control and fuzzy control theory is applied to medium density fiberboard production lines because of the object is nonlinear and delays. The output power of the pump motor "PID-FUZZY" controller and Hot-pressing time fuzzy controller are designed based on fuzzy control theory.The arithmetic of the Mamdani theorization and synthesizing is used for off-line programming. To achieve the control tasks, the synthesis operations of fuzzy inference rules are simplified by inquiring the querying table directly.Depending on the two established fuzzy control models of hot-pressing pump output power control and time control,The output power of the pump motor "PID-FUZZY" controller is compared with traditional PID controller in experiments.From the simulation result the "PID-FUZZY" controller has more advantages:fine stability,fewer overshoot, turbulence reduction and so on. The fuzzy control improves the active and static performance of the control processes. It is superior to the conventional PID regulator in the aspects of enhancing system resistance to interference and robustness of parameter consolidation.Compared with the switch control, the time fuzzy controler can make the parameter in the setting range and has good quality and fine adaptability. in the performance of the typical second order system.In order to improve the performance of double mode controller, the "PID-FUZZY" logic controller is used to optimize PID parameters setting using particle swarm optimization algorithm to realize the design of MDF hot-pressing control system.In the dissertation, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is employed to combine with "PID-FUZZY" control to design and implement the hot-pressing control system. The simulations show that the "PID-FUZZY "control system optimized by IPSO has higher control accuracy, better robustness and resistant disturbance capability.
