The Study On NOx Emission In Process Fire Coal In China

China's current coal-based energy use, total coal resources use of oil, natural gas, hydropower, coal and nuclear energy, primary energy for more than 70% of the total in China's energy production and consumption in the dominant. In the world's energy from coal-based oil and gas mainly to the structural transformation process, China is still the world's very few coal as its main energy in the world. Statistics show that China's emissions of nitrogen oxides come mainly from combustion of coal.So it's very necessary and important to-give the NOx emission factors in process fire coal in order to get the NOx emission in the process.In this study, we firstly studied the NOx formation and reduction mechanisms in coal combustion system, also we analyzed the contents and distribution of nitrogen in Chinese coals. And then we calculated NOx emissions in process fire coal with four different emission factor(named factor 1, factor 2, factors 3, factors4). With factor 1, the calculated NOx emission in process fire coal in China mainland in the year 1990, 1995,2000,2005,2006,2007 are 6744000.37,9349846,9307697,15571429.3, 17277334.2,18748476.78 tons NO2; With factor 2, the calculated NOx emission in process fire coal in China mainland in the year 1990,1995,2000,2003 are 4385315, 6116474,6696921,9000661tons NO2; With factor 3, the calculated NOx emission in process fire coal in China mainland in the year 2007 is 15538510 tons NO2; With factor 4, the calculated NOx emission in process fire coal in China mainland in the year 1990,1995,2000,2005,2006,2007 are 6783180.61,93-84566,9338508, 15614724,17320524,18792194 tons NO2.With the data we got above, we analyzed the present emission status of NOx emission in process fire coal in China and give our Prediction on the development of the NOx emission in process fire coal.
