Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,most areas in China have experienced frequent heavy haze weather,which has greatly affected people’s daily life.There are many factors that cause haze weather,and the impact of domestic civilian coal combustion on hazy weather cannot be ignored.This paper establishes an air pollutant emission inventory of civil coal combustion for Shaanxi Province and obtains the emission characteristics of air pollutants of civil coal combustion in Shaanxi Province.At present,the domestic research on the establishment of air pollutants emission inventory of civil coal combustion is still in its infancy.This article uses emission factor methods to establish an air pollutant emission inventory of civil coal combustion at specific spatial scales(provincial and city level)for Shaanxi Province.The CO emission factors of honeycomb coal,anthracite coal,and bituminous coal were 35.1,38.4,64.1g/kg respectively.The NOx emission factors were 0.50,1.21,1.49 g/kg respectively;the SO2 emission factors were 1.23,1.35,3.48 g/kg respectively.Through the literature survey method,the PM2.5 emission factors of honeycomb coal,anthracite coal and bituminous coal were finally determined to be 0.8,1.4,10.8 g/kg respectively;the PM10 emission factors were 1.1,2.2,13.5 g/kg respectively;the VOCs emission factors were1.1,1.8,4.0 g/kg respectively.The consumption of the three kinds of civil coal in Shaanxi Province and its local cities in 2015 and 2016 was obtained by consulting the data from the China Energy Statistical Yearbook and Shaanxi Statistical Yearbook.According to the calculation formula of the emission inventory of civil coal emission,an Air Pollutant Emission Inventory of Civil Coal Combustion for Shaanxi Province on 2015 and 2016 was obtained.According to the total emission of six air pollutants of civil coal combustion inShaanxi Province,the total emissions in 2016 compared to 2015 have been reduced.The emission of various air pollutants of civil coal combustion in urban areas has decreased significantly.As an example,the total emissions of CO dropped from 90,000 tons in 2015 to 42,000 tons in 2016,53% lower than the previous year.However,the emissions of various air pollutants of civil coal combustion in rural areas have shown a slight increase overall.From the air pollutant emissions of different kind of coal combustion,the contribution rate of bituminous coal to the emission of CO,NOx,SO2,and VOCs all reached about 80%,and the contribution rate to the emission of PM2.5 and PM10 even reached about 90%.From the air pollutant emissions of different cities in Shaanxi Province,the contribution rate of the Guanzhong region reached 61.9%;followed by the southern Shaanxi region,The contribution rate was 23.4%;the contribution rate in northern Shaanxi was the smallest with a contribution rate of 14.7%.
