Gasoline and other light oil will inevitably be volatile in the process of storage and transportation, oil and gas that volatilizied not only result in waste of energy, but also produced great hazard on the environment, health and safety, Therefore, the technology of oil and gas recovery rapidly developed,and the technology of oil and gas recovery is most mature. In recent years, the technology of oil and gas recovery been paid more and more attention in China, and achieved certain results. but there was a certain gap in equipment and process parameters compared with foreign countriesThe process of activate carbon adsorption and desorption was studied based on the analysis of domeatic and international relevant technology. A set of oil and gas recovery device was designed, as follows:(1) The performance of two activated carbon were tested using self-test activated carbon testing system, The activated carbon adsorption, bed adsorption heat, pressure drop and variation of export concentration ,the effect of vacuum and purging process were studied in desorption process,on gas flow and a series of different adsorption conditions. The results showed that different gas flow rate had a great impact on the activated carbon bed adsorption saturation time and the bed pressure drop,The greater flow rate , the shorter the time of penetration, the greater the pressure drop of the bed; The temperature rise of activated carbon bed was very large in the first adsorption process, the amplitude of temperature rise was decreased, and trends were basically the same; The desorption effect of activated carbon at different vacuum was obvious, the lower the vacuum, the greater the desorption volume. The process of air purge at tne end of desorption was beneficial to the desorption of activated carbon.(2) The process of small-scale oil and gas recovery equipment of adsortion method was designed based on experimental research of activated carbon adsorption and desorption, the technological parameters were determined,such as the adsorption time of device was 15min, desorption pressure was 5KPa, desorption time was 5min, purge time was 3min , purge amount was 10L/min. The size of adsorption vessel and the amount of active carbon were designed and calculated, and the bed pressure drop was calculated using flow path model. Process technology based on The size and structure of absorption tower were designed and calculated according to process..(3) The auto run programs of device mode of operation were developed using PLC modules such as passivation process,automatic operating and so on.The configuration programs were developed, the real-time monitoring of devices was achieved using the configuration screen.(4) Three-dimensional modeling for oil and gas recovery equipment that designed was conducted using Microstation,to ensure the accuracy of the device during installation; Dynamic simulation for process of device was conducted using using 3Dmax, and truly showed the work condition of device.
