In the process of petroleum products loading,unloading,storage,transportation,ordistribution,a great deal of petroleum are evaporated and emitted from the tanks to the air and will bring on serious petroleum loss and harm to environment.The oil vapor recovery and its application inrefining enterprises wasstudiedIn addition,through the investigation and reference data,according to the actual situation of the oil refining enterprises,choosethe low temperature diesel oil absorption in car and a train trestle of the refinery,design a complete set of engineering and technology,introduces the technology of each part of the oil vapor recovery device of Engineering design.The process,absorbent and equipment were optimized.The results show that the technology of low temperature diesel oil absorption is economical.The low temperature diesel and burning tail gas were appropriate choices.Straight–run diesel as an absorbent and the corresponding refrigeration units were chosen.The operating temperature was 5?~15?.The MELLAPAK 250 Y filler waschosen,and the diameter of the tower was 1.1 meters;the total pocking height was 8.4m;the maximum flooding factor was 0.46.The technology and economy of Oil vapor recoveryy technology were also studied and analyzed,and the measures to improve the technical and economic efficiency of oil and gas recovery were put forward according to the problems faced by oil and gas recovery technology.
