With the rapid development of radial tire technology, the small mixer has become increasingly important for the research and testing of compounds ,mix processing and rotor configuration. one of the main factors that affects the accuracy and precision of the research and test projects is an advanced control system of the small mixer.The control level of the top bolt system of mixer is one of the main factors that affects the advanced control system of small mixer. So strengthen the research of the top bolt control system, it plays an extremely important role in the research of rubber mixing.Firstly, this paper proposes a strategy which is piston pressure control based on the parameter self-adjusting fuzzy-PID intelligent control algorithm , it solves the problem of control ineffective of piston pressure conventional PID control.Through the analysis of the hydraulic system, the transfer function of the ram piston hydraulic system model and the model of the ram piston pressure fuzzy control system is established.Then,simulation study about piston pressure control is made with matlab fuzzy toolbox and simulink control toolbox. According to the simulation results, it adjusts and optimizes the fuzzy rules. Compared with conventional PID control, the results show that parameter self-adjusting fuzzy-PID control algorithm can significantly reduce the overshoot of the system, speed up the system response speed, and enhance anti-jamming capability.Finally,hardware and software design for piston pressure control , then it simulated experiment. It achieves control algorithm, which uses Siemens S7-400 PLC as secondary computers. Man-machine interface based on WinCC flexible is implemented by using touch screen in the upper machine. Using Siemens S7-PLCSIM and WinCC flexible, the Piston Pressure fuzzy control system procedure is simulated on line. It verifies the accuracy of the simulation model, and shows the parameters of self-adjusting fuzzy-PID control can significantly improve the effect of pressure control on the top bolt.
