In this paper, the electro-hydraulic proportional radial piston pump and its system designed by author is mainly discussed, this pump is wanted to be used in the hydraulic system of the plastic injection molding machine. The working pressure> outputting flow and wasting power of the pump can be seasoned with the needs of the system. This can improve the efficiency of the system, and has remarkable energy saving efficiency. The structure of the pump is simple and the performance is stable. If it is used in the hydraulic system of plastic injection molding machine, then we can save more energy. Of course it can be used in other industry for energy saving. It is a hydraulic product which have wide foreground.This paper discusses the design of every part of the system. The author uses power bond-bound graph for model's founding. It is better than the traditional modeling means such as transfer function or state space equation. For it can educe simpler equation, and we check error, program more easily.This task uses Matlab/Simulink simulate the working process of the pump. This method can reappearance the states and the changing process of the system. It is simple and useful. The results of the simulation show that the responding speed of the electro-hydraulic proportional radial piston pump is high, and its pressure and flow changed with the pressure and flow of the load. It fits for the hydraulic system of the plastic molding injection machine well, for the system is multilevel flow and pressure.
