Embedded acid purification unit and acid on-line analysis control system of stainless steel is designed to measure the metal oxides and metal ion in the acid solutions. At present, only Sweden SCANACON Company can provide acid on-line analysis system and acid purification system in the cold-rolled stainless steel pickling process. However, due to the high power consumption, extremely expensive prices (including not very perfect technical support), this systems is not applied in most domestic cold rolled stainless steel plants. The traditional method is to use manual samples to measure the concentration of acid and impurities, and a large number of replacement solution to reduce the impurity concentrations. The relative technologies are lacked in China. In order to promote domestic production of this technology and reduce equipment costs, this paper the first time uses ARM processor + PC monitor mode as the equipment control system. By improving the acid purification unit and acid on-line analysis control system of stainless steel, the embedded system with low power consumption, small size, high integration are fully used in this paper, which has high practical value.This paper introduces the control system based on ARM embedded acid purification unit and acid on-line analysis control system of stainless steel, mainly analyzing the structure of this system, control strategies and software design. By analyzing and comparing number of popular embedded processors, the paper selects Samsung's S3C2440 processor as the core of the control system and introduces the related modules of S3C2440 processor including communication interface module, memory cell blocks and JATG interface circuit. Moreover, it designs the external circuit of this control system, including system clock circuits, power circuits and reset circuits.This system selection is more applicable for Linux operating system developed by ARM as the software development platform, making the transplantation of Linux system to development board, Bootloader start and compile, development of device driver program possible. By adopting sub-module, this system designs the application program, such as serial communication program and process control routines. Control strategy is realized through Fuzzy PID control algorithm, and making sub-module debugging and system integration according to the corresponding hardware and software testing methods...
