In order to release the current situation of environmental pollution caused by burning straw, and expand the application area of agriculture and forestry residues and enhance its using value, This thesis carry out the research of the wheat straw liquefaction in phenol and PEG-400(polyethylene glycol-400).1 The agriculture and forestry residues was liquefied after separation, probe into the mechanism of the main components of the liquefaction. The lignin will degrade when phenol reagent for the liquefaction reagent, ester bond and ether bond are broken and connected to a new group; and holocellulose is cross-linked to phenol after degradation , some intermediates with character of phenol have being found. The product which ethylene carbonate is liquefaction reagent is similar to PEG-400 as liquefaction reagent. The degradation of lignin occurs in the partial replacement of the benzene ring; holocellulose degraded to alcohols, carboxylic acid derivatives and compound of furan ring.2 Wheat straw liquefied with both phenol and PEG-400 as liquefaction reagents, which generate a new product of liquefaction. Discussed the effect of liquefaction factors on liquefaction efficiency. The better liquefaction condition of the wheat straw liquefaction in phenol and PEG-400 is: solid-liquid ratio : 1.2, phenol ratio : 50%, hydrochloric acid :25%, liquid temperature : 130℃, reaction time : 50min.3 we carry out the product of liquefaction cross-linked to formaldehyde. Discussed the effect of factors on performance of resin. getting the better resinification condition is : the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide :0.5,the molar ratio of formaldehyde: 1.2, the temperature : 90℃, time : 60min.4 we get the foam with the resin of wheat straw liquefaction as material. Probe into the effect of factors on performance of foam. The better foaming technology condition as follows: the dosage of foaming agent : 10%, the dosage of surfactant :10%, the dosage of calcium carbonate:10% , the dosage of firming agent: 17%, the dosage of isocyanate :20%.
