This paper based on analysis of comprehensive livestock pollution in Xinxiang County, this article carries on the analysis to various villages and towns poultry cultivation fecal pollution load for the Xinxiang County, the poultry of Gugusai excrement warning value is most greatly for 0.80, was already influential to the environment. This paper elaborated systematically produces the environmental pollution question in the animal husbandry development, and induced the Xinxiang County poultry fish breeding and poultry raising environmental pollution characteristic, discussed the reason on production, technology, policy and management which the poultry fish breeding and poultry raising environmental pollution produces.
