Solving the deep and ultra deep zonal injection technology problem is to meet our needs in deep and ultra-deep reservoir development, particularly in the deep reservoir, when no large-scale development, it is important to the deep and ultra deep sub-injection technology tubular column, supporting tools, and other stratified injection technology research, developing the process design software to optimize the sub-injection tubular column and separate injection technology and providing technical reserves to pave the way for future low-cost efficient.Water injection, as an effective method of compensating in-situ energy and the pressure maintenance, has been widely used in promoting oil production rate and recovery ratio of the oil field. At present, most of the oil field has entered in its high water-cut production period, As the quantity of deep and ultra-deep well increased, water flooding exploitation is becoming more difficult with each passing day, and pipe string work for zonal injection is an effective method for realizing the development in each layer reasonably. Though the use of the pipe string work for zonal injection nowadays has played a large role in the early period of the Oilfields Water Flooding Development. They still cannot able to meet the layer waterflood's requirements in high water cut period, because they cannot overcome the pipe's creeping in temperature effect and pressure effects, leading to frequently Water-injecting jobs, short service life and low reliability of the pipe string, low pass-rate for the job in a long period, etc.Xiliu is a in North China Oilfield Block 10. Because of its vertical production, a large difference in absorption profile, the obvious contradiction between layers, the main production absorption layers concentrated in the 1-2 layers and correspond well to the injection, resulting in rapidly rising water block. With a block depth of 3200m-3500m, a temperature about 120℃, its injection pressure can up to 23-8MPa, but it has not been implemented separate injection. In the full study of the separate injection technology both home and abroad in recent years and based on the current situation of North China Oilfield separate injection process, we designed the pipe string and pulling the deployment skill in Block 10 Xiliu Factory, North China Oilfield. We designed two kinds of tubing anchor, which realizes the anchor column, the column effectively overcome the creeping phenomenon and achieved the purpose of extending column life. We also improved Y341-115 packer flushing valve, making the flushing valve has a dual sealing function, which increased the flushing valve sealing reliability. By the high temperature and pressure oil immersion tests, we screened out a plastic tube with the temperature 130℃and with pressure difference about 30MPa. By the force analysis of packer rubber tube, we design a plastic tube shoulder "Outburst" organization, which greatly improved the ability of cones and the shear capacity of pressure difference. Through the water dispenser Mechanical Analysis and the Stress Analysis of ring cores, we improved the water dispenser wick structure, and the shaped seal packing is designed to improve the success rate of pulling the deployment.
