| Recent years, with the mining condition become more and more complex, the supporting of roadway become more and more difficult in mining face. The research of coal roadway deformation law and supporting technique under complex condition that is affected by dynamic pressurized has the extremely significant theories meaning and value about the engineering in coal mine.Based on gate-way roadway of 107 mining face in Tingnan colliery, the deformation law and supporting technique of coal roadway are analyzed systematically by the means of theoretical analysis, in-situ monitoring and numerical simulation. The main content and conclusions are as follows:(1) Deformation mechanism of whole coal roadway and primary factors were analyzed by theoretical mean. The deformation of whole coal roadway was affected by surrounding rock properties, geological condition, ground stress, project influence and other factors. Patters were different that abscission layer, squeeze flow or shearing slip of roof deformation happened and slip plane was caused by force of compression shear in working slope. It caused medial deformation roadway. When the collapse of roof goaf occurred suddenly, abutment pressure moved and surrounding rock stress increased at the same time in coal wall and roadway. This had influence on deformation and stability of roadways.(2) Function mechanism of Anchor (Cables) Supporting was analyzed. It shows that Anchor has restrained function with shallow surrounding rock and Cable has restrained function with deep surrounding rock. Combined support with Anchors and Cables is an effective way for mining roadway. After considered dynamic pressure, general engineering condition and experience of practice, the combine supporting design scheme of Anchor and Cables was ascertained and the basic parameters are designed for gate-way roadway of 107 mining face.(3) The stability of whole coal roadway was evaluated with FLAC3D of numerical simulation software. It shows that basic parameters of combine supporting are reasonable and demand of engineering is content.(4) The relation between deformation of coal roadway and location of mining face was studied with FLAC3D of numerical simulation software. With deformation and distance between roadway cross-section and mining face, the gate-way roadway divides into three sections. They are little deformation, middle deformation, large deformation. Because the effect of dynamic pressure is obvious for stability of gate-way roadway, the suggestions was used that advanced support should be adopted with single hydraulic prop in middle deformation section and large deformation section in order to control rapid deformation of surrounding rock. Based on actual conditions, monitoring should be emphasized in little deformation section in order to keep gate-way roadway global stability.(5) The monitoring scheme of deformation and mineral pressure was designed in gate-way roadway of 107 mining face. The results of site construction showed that supporting scheme was reasonable. The measures used in middle and large deformation sections of advanced support was effective. The support effect was fairly good after practice in gate-way roadway of 107 mining face. |
