Coal and rock has become the CO2 absorption of CO2 sequestration and the prevention of spontaneous combustion of coal underground mined-out area of the main method. In this thesis, physical chemistry, interfacial chemistry, coal petrology and coal chemistry expertise, through the Tashan mine coal and rock samples CO2 adsorption experiments, theoretical studies of the coal and rock on the adsorption of CO2 on different coal and rock CO2 absorption characteristics of the sample and impact on the CO2 adsorption capacity of coal and rock other relevant factors that a more detailed analysis. The results show that: the use of residual coal in Tashan mine can be sealed every year the amount of CO2 of about 29,000 tons, the use of rock caving in the amount of CO2 can be archived for 38,320 tons. Through the coal and rock to the CO2 absorption capacity of the related factors of a basic understanding of their physical and chemical properties of coal and rock, temperature, and moisture is an important factor affecting adsorption. For CO2 sequestration and underground mined-out area to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal left behind to conduct a preliminary feasibility study and further enriches the theory and CO2 sequestration underground mined-out area to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal technology.
