The15#coal seam in ZuoQuan-HeShun mining area is mostly spontaneouscombustion and gas.There are two significant disasterswhich are gas and coalspontaneous combustion to be solved in the process of exploitation. TheResearch on the prevention and control technology is to utilize the currenttechnology and means more efficiently and safely in YiYuan mining. All thosewill contribute to reduct cost in coal enterprise, and to ensure safe technologies’stability.The paper is focus on the CO2prevention and control technology whichis divided into three aspects. Firstly, it will begin with the relationship betweenCO2exchangesorption and spontaneous combustion characteristics. Thenanalysis the system layout of CO2injection and layout of beam tubemeasurement, dividing the goaf to three zones.(1) The traces mechanism of goaf coal spontaneous combustion afterCO2adsorption: inhibition of goaf coal spontaneous combustion disaster prevention must first to study the mechanism of prevention and controltechnology, the traces of goaf coal in CO2injection, low O2, air leakage undercomplex conditions, such as spontaneous combustion research iscomplicated.By taiyuan university of science and safety engineering technologyresearch center designed gas displacement-adsorption experiment device forCO2/CH4adsorption and exchange adsorption experiment.It is concluded thattraces of goaf coal (atmospheric pressure, mixed grain size) CO2/CH4and CO2on coal CH4in the exchange rate.On the basis of the application temperature,infrared spectra, thermogravimetric experiment three experimental methodscontrast analysis of the inhibition of coal spontaneous combustioncharacteristics of CO2in the generation, functional group and spontaneouscombustion index gases change laws of temperature range, etc.And control themechanism of coal spontaneous combustion, the characteristics of adsorptionCO2was analyzed.(2) the redividation of three zones of goaf spontaneous combustion afterCO2injection: gas easily in the goaf spontaneous combustion CO2fireextinguishing technology research to master its law and effect in fieldapplication is a key point in the research of this thesis.Of mined-out area tubemonitoring system based on the analysis of actual samples, the goaf after CO2injection wind field and leakage of coal spontaneous combustion index gasesalso changed, scope of goaf spontaneous combustion "three zones" redrawing,air leakage with significantly shortened, oxidation zone moved forward and shorten.70m traces of goaf coal in goaf in suffocation.And according to thespontaneous combustion "three zones" factors affecting the further optimizationof the technical measures are put forward.(3) The relationship and effect between the CO2injection prevention andcontrol technologyandgas drainage: gas spontaneous combustion CO2fireextinguishing technology in the prevention and control of coal spontaneouscombustion disaster impact on goaf gas extraction research at the sametime.With a margin of coal mine goaf filling CO2fire extinguishing as theengineering background, more goaf gas migration under the condition of fieldcoupling model is set up.Introduction of porous medium material transferequation and Fick theorem, navier-stokes equation and Brinkman equations tobuild working face and goaf gas migration model.Under the condition of manyphysical field coupling rule is established in150109working face under thecondition of CO2fire extinguishing gas flow mathematical model.Combinedwith a high margin of ore alley pumping gas monitoring data validate it isconcluded that under the condition of goaf CO2fire extinguishing high gasdrainage amount slightly decreased, the changing rule of the rise of extraction.Through the three aspects of the comprehensive research above, comparativeanalysis, this thesis for CO2gas and goaf spontaneous combustion CO2fireextinguishing technique in inerting mechanism and after CO2injection of coalgoaf spontaneous combustion "three zones" and have a preliminaryunderstanding of gas extraction from change.And suggested a mine try CO2fire extinguishing technology and high joint application of alley pumping gasextraction technology, set up the comprehensive management technology system,two kinds of disasters of a margin of coal mine work safety in production hasplayed a certain guiding significance.
