Coal mining machine is a kind of advanced large coal equipment which is urgent need of using for a moden coal mine to be high production and high effiency .The reliability of the cutting part of coal mining machine is quite crucial. In order to ensure the working performance and the reliability of the cutting part,to design the loading system is the precondition.In recent years,secondary regulation loading system has been greatly developed.Applying it to the analysis and design of loading system of cutting part of coal mining machine is feasible.For the simulated loading test-bed of cutting part of coal mining machine, this article designs a new secondary regulation hydraulic servo loading system and establishes a mathematical model of the loading system.This article also applies a large number of simulation to the system using MATLAB,analyzes the characteristic of secondary regulation simulated loading system and the effect that the main parameters make to the system performance in detail.To ensure the static and dynamic characteristics of the system,this article introduces many control method,analyzes mainly PID control,state feedback and robust control.This article also verified PID control,state feedback using simulation,proving that the designed controller is feasible.
