In the working process of shearer,the drum is the key part of shearer.The drum load spectrum can correctly reflect the working condition of the shearer,and analysis on the load spectrum of shearer,find out the relationship between the parameters and the load spectrum,is the premise of the reasonable design of shearer.In addition,a reasonable choice of motion parameters of shearer has very important and practical significance to improve the life and reliability of Shearer.The main conclusions of this paper are listed as follows:(1)The theoretical model and discrete element model under typical operating conditions are validated by comparing theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and ground test,which shows that both the numerical simulation and the theoretical calculation can be used to predict and calculate the cutting torque reasonably and effectively.(2)The probability density distribution,correlation and power spectral density of the cutting load spectrum under typical working conditions in amplitude domain,time-frequency domain are analyzed,it shows that the cutting torque of shearer drum is composed of random signal and some periodic signals in the 0~10Hz,and the distribution obeys gamma distribution.(3)The cutting torque of shearer under typical working conditions is analyzed by wavelet analysis,the main frequency of each frequency section is obtained,and the value is consistent with the theory of the main frequency of shearer drum.The amplitude on the main frequency were analyzed and compared,found that the influence of the number of pick leaves,the number of picks on every stub and drum speed on cutting torque is far greater than the adjacent tooth circumferential angle,the group numbers of end plate pick and the number of cutting line.(4)Comprehensive comparison of the influence of traction speed and drum speed on cutting torque and specific energy consumption,it is found that the torque and the ratio of traction speed and drum speed,namely the maximum cutting thickness have a linear relationship;the specific energy consumption and the product of drum speed and-0.5 power function of traction speed have a linear relationship.
