GPC(Guangzhou Petro-Chemical Complex) is one of 65 key industrial polluting enterprises of guangzhou, Power plant boilers are the main source of SO2 emissions of GPC, With GPC continued expansion of the boiler scale and production scale, There will be a substantial increase in emissions of SO2, SO2 emissions control have become one of the bottlenecks in the development of GPC. Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion technology is clean burning, low nitrogen oxide emissions, fuel adaptability, high combustion efficiency, load adjustment range and other advantages, has become the first choice for clean combustion of coal furnace. GPC introduced CFB boiler desulfurization technology to reduce SO2 emissions will have far-reaching impact.GPC CFB boiler combustion air classification, use a high efficiency electrostatic precipitator and bag filter 2, with adding limestone in a semi-dry flue gas desulphurization and secondary desulfurization tail.
