Firstly, starting with the present situation of pants for the limbs disabled in winter, which shows that they didn't suit for their comfort; secondly, understand the limbs disabled'physiological and psychological characteristics by quantitative and qualitative analysis, the disabled leg's muscles, bones and tendon has shrinked is due to its damaged motor nerves, which is impeded blood circulation and exercise ability, destructed their heat balance.In order to meet the limbs disabled'thermal comfort needs, this article conducts the research mainly from the following four aspects: firstly, choose the best combination by testing the materials'performance and using the orthogonal test ; secondly, select carbon fiber and resistance wire to supply heat for the disabled leg in base of the physiological characteristics of the limbs disabled, which is to let the disabled leg in a warm climate and stimulate its heat sensitive parts to promote their blood circulation; thirdly, design the pants pattern to meet the limbs disabled'wear-off convenient and thermal-comfort through customization; Finally, evaluate the thermal pants'thermal-comfort through the limbs disabled wear it to test their skin temperature and thermal-cold feel. According to the experimental data, known the carbon fiber and resistance wire heat device can meet the limbs disabled'thermal-comfort in a special tie-in means.
