Low temperature may cause undesirable reaction on people's psychological and physiological aspects.In the cold environment,unbalanced thermogenesis and thermolysis would bring on a drop in human body temperature.This thesis will start with an introduction about passive thermal retention and active thermal retention,by way of combining both of them to improve the cold-proof performance of the apparel.In order to reach a high thermal retention performance,this paper,firstly,gives a detailed investigation and research on the newly-risen fleece in the market,knowing its techniques and the expectation target for customers.By selecting 27 kinds of fleeces,basically covering all the kinds in the existing market,experiments shall be carried out on the fabric specification,steady state thermal retention performance,thermal retention under the variation of wind speed,compression performance and relative apparel,thereby get the main elements influencing the thermal retention performance of the fleeces,and then choosing two kinds of fleece possessing a good comprehensive performance,integrating with windproof and poromeric outerwear material,accordingly,manufacturing a new type of cold-proof clothes with an excellent passive warmth retention performance to reach the purpose of reducing the lost of heat.Moreover,on the basis of this apparel,active heat production system shall be provided,including carbon fiber baking sheet,lithium cell,temperature controller and safety protection device.By means of the design of circuit and active heat source,the knocked-down and safe/high effective heat production system shall be produced,for the purpose of increasing heat production.Ultimately,we can conduct an evaluation experiment about thermal comfort on the new type warm outwear by integrating with people's psychological and physiological characteristics.This trial produced outwear,discussed in the paper,can improve inner micro temperature-environment of body/clothes,prevent the lost of heat,slowdown and even reverse the tendency of continuously falling skin-temperature of human body under a cold environment.Moreover,it can conduct a concentrated protect to the key parts of human body,in order to meet the requirement for warm comfort.
